Shipping and Delivery Times.
All orders are processed and shipped within 0-3 business days if its (pre-made), this includes the time it takes to pick, pack, and label your package.
(Pre-orders) may take 30-120 days maximum to finishing being made then shipped. Bonus, all pre-orders get the benefit of receiving a randomized small free item by us to compensate with the wait time. We are grateful and thankful that you
are willing to be patient and support Straza. Time in transit is in addition to processing times and is dependent on the carrier and shipping destination.
Domestic Orders: 2-5 business days in transit
Total estimated delivery time is between 2-7 business days.
International Orders: 7-20 business days in transit

Can I Change My Order?
Fortunately, we're able to make changes to an order if notified within 8 hours or less
right after the purchase, by contacting us through our email or instagram to make those changes. This includes changes to the size or color or adding items to an order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Generally, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed since it interrupts the flow of our orders, however there are a few situations where we may be able to process a cancellation.
If you would like to confirm whether your order falls within our cancellation window,
please send your request to cancel via our more help option below. Be sure to send 10% request as soon as possible at least within 24 hours. Once an order begins
processing no changes or cancellations can be made.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed unless a follow-up email confirming your refund was processed, is received.
If you do not receive a refund confirmation, we are unable to process a cancellation for
your order.
What Are Preorders?
Pre-orders simply mean you purchase a product early before we even have the product in hand. The time frame that it may take for pre-orders to ship can estimate from 1-3 months maximum to ship to our
customers. The reasoning it takes quite some time is due to possible interruptions and long manufacturing processes that we may have to go through. We appreciate you're understanding and hospitality by trusting our pre-order process. If you regret purchasing your pre-order product, feel free to reach out to us for a refund!
